Processing Times


All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been received and confirmed.


During new releases, promotions, public holidays, or peak periods, processing times may be slightly longer. If there are any significant delays, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Within Australia


We ship Australia-wide using trusted courier and postal services.


Estimated Delivery Times:


  • Queensland: 2–5 business days
  • Interstate Metro Areas: 3–7 business days
  • Regional & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days


Delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on the courier network and your location.


International Shipping


LFTD CO offers international shipping to selected countries.


Estimated Delivery Times:


  • New Zealand: 5–10 business days
  • International Destinations: 7–21 business days


Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees that may apply in their country.


Shipping Costs


Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the delivery location and order size.


Any free shipping promotions will be clearly advertised on our website and are subject to the stated terms and conditions.


Order Tracking


Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.


Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to become visible.


Incorrect Shipping Information

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.


LFTD CO is not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.


Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be re-shipped.


Lost, Stolen or Delayed Parcels


Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier.


If your parcel is lost, significantly delayed, or appears to be missing, please contact us and we will assist in lodging an investigation with the carrier.


LFTD CO is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the carrier.


Click & Collect


Customers may choose Click & Collect at checkout when available.


You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection.


Please do not attend the store until you have received confirmation that your order is ready.


Damaged Deliveries


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:


  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item(s)
  • Photos of the packaging


We will assess the issue and work with you to find a suitable resolution.
